New director of ADAMHS has experience with agency

DAYTON — A former chairman of the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services Board of Montgomery County will become executive director of the agency July 1.Helen Jones-Kelley, a Clayton resident, will replace longtime executive director Joe Szoke, who has held the position since 1990.
